The BEST outfits are the ones that cost next-to-nothing but look amazing, and this is one of those outfits! I bought it for less that $5 at the Picky Chick Consignment Sale and it looks so completely fantastic on her that I want her to wear it every day! And those SHOES - another big bargain!
